By accessing and using Lesseffort.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Account Creation

1. In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.
3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, or publicly display or perform any portion of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

By uploading or otherwise making available any content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

4. Privacy

1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.
2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. In no event shall Lesseffort.io, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Lesseffort.io has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Subscription Fees and Trial Period

1. Paid Accounts. You have the option to upgrade your free account to access additional features by converting it into a 'paid account'. The paid account will remain active until it is canceled or terminated according to this Agreement. If you choose to upgrade, you will be automatically billed for the paid account starting from the day of conversion and on each renewal period (monthly or annually). If you decide to cancel your paid account, the cancellation will be effective after the current subscription period ends, and your account will revert back to the free version of the service. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, and tax charges will be applied when required. We may change the fees for a paid account, but we will provide advance notice before the changes take effect, and any price change will apply to your next billing cycle. 2. Automatic Billing Cycles. To ensure continuous service, all subscriptions to Lesseffort (including paid accounts) are automatically renewed using the credit card on file. When the current subscription term ends, all subscriptions are renewed at the standard subscription rate. If you do not cancel your subscription, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to automatically charge you the agreed price each month until you cancel the subscription.
3. Renewal and Cancellation. Your payment to Lemon Squeezy will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the current subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account page in the Software using this link:https://chat.lesseffort.io/manage-subs. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your account will be downgraded to the free version of the service. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
4. Subscription Fees. To access the Services, you will need to pay the applicable subscription fees specified in the Subscription Plan ("Subscription Fees") at the specified times and for the specified periods. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processing service, and additional terms may apply. We reserve the right to use other third-party payment processing services in the future. Unless otherwise stated in the Subscription Plan, all payments under this Agreement are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and exclusive of any taxes or charges. In the future, we may introduce fees for features and uses that are currently available for free. Failure to pay the charges may result in restricted access to some or all of the Services.
5. Trial Period. Lesseffort may offer a free trial period ("Trial Period") for evaluation purposes before charging any Subscription Fees. It is important to note that during the Trial Period, Lesseffort and Lesseffort affiliates have no warranty, indemnity, support, or other obligations or liabilities. Lesseffort reserves the right to terminate a Trial Period at any time and for any reason, as permitted by law.

By using the Platform and subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this section regarding the trial period and refund policy.

10. Payment Process

1. All payments for subscriptions to Lesseffort.io are processed by Lemonsqueezy.com, our trusted payment processor. When you make a payment for a subscription, you will be redirected to Lemonsqueezy.com secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
2. Lemonsqueezy.com handles all payment information securely and in accordance with industry-standard security measures. We do not store or have access to your payment information, such as credit card details or other financial data. Lemonsqueezy.com is solely responsible for the collection, processing, and protection of your payment information.
3. By using the Platform and subscribing to our services, you authorize Lemonsqueezy.com to process payment for your chosen subscription plan. You agree to comply with Lemonsqueezy.com terms and conditions and privacy policy regarding payment processing.
4. In the event of any payment disputes or issues, please contact Lemonsqueezy.com directly for assistance. Lesseffort.io is not responsible for any payment-related matters or errors arising from the payment process.
5. Lesseffort.io reserves the right to change or update the payment processor at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the payment processor will not affect the terms and conditions of your subscription or the services provided.
